Cixi City Benma Plastics Electrical Co., Ltd. was established at the beginning of 1995, specializing in producing flow fan blades for air-conditioners, including cross flow fan blades, axial flow fan blades, centrifugal flow fan blades and other plastic parts. Benma is located in Hangzhou Bay, with beautiful landscape, neighboring to Hangzhou Bay Bridge and No. 329 National Road. The convenient transportation helps us have more convenient cooperation with worldwide customers. Now we have built another new factory covering over 20000 square meters, equipped with advanced injection molding machines.

Through years untiring efforts, our enterprise has developed into a modernized one with advanced production & testing facilities and owned scientific research and high effective management system.

At present, we have fixed assets of 50 million RMB. We have a land of 40,000 square meters, including a factory building of 22,000 square meters. Benma pays more attention to staffs qualification and have more than 300 excellent personnel. We have trained a batch of skillful managerial and technical personnel. Our enterprise has over 40 Haitan brand injection molding machines of 80-650T, and 18 Shanghai Changrong Ultrasonic jointing machines. We are also equipped with special testing room and special testing equipment, such as microcomputer flow fan blade balance testing machine, great cross flow fan blade heating room, flow fan blade adjustment testing bed, flow fan blade omnipotent wreaking testing machine, as well as excellent low noise and low energy testing system.

Benma has capacity of supplying over 6 million pieces of flow fan blades and ten million pieces of plastic parts. We use CAD/CAM system to ensure high grade and high accuracy according to samples or customers requirements.

We have passed ISO9001:2000 International Quality System Authentication and RoHS environment system authentication. Media Green, Haier, Aux, Chunlan and LG are our cooperative partners. We sell high-quality products to the Middle East, Southeast Asia, South America, North Africa ,European ,north America and other regions.
